好驚人的Before & After...
她生完第一胎後３個月，還來不及減下懷孕時胖太多的體重，又不小心懷孕了，所以她去年７月生完第二胎時已經重達９１公斤。
她生完後花了很多時間在寶寶與健身房上，但在３個月後體重卻再也沒有繼續往下探了。去年１０月（左圖），她開始bodyrock，右圖則是她現在的樣子。比她當媽前還小隻，但卻比以前還要重（她驚嘆肌肉的妙用無窮）。
１年的時間，能有如此大的變化。親愛的，你可以想像妳明年的同時身材會有多曼妙嗎？

"Hi BodyRock! I just wanted to let you know how inspirational your site and workouts have been for me. I had 2 babies back to back getting pregnant only 3 months after having my first (which admittedly, I gained WAY too much during the first). I was over 200 lbs when I delivered my second last July. After I was cleared to work out I hit the gym hard, determined to lose the weight. After an initial victory in losing a big chunk of it, my progress slowed way down and I was stuck in a plateau. Despite spending hours at the gym (and missing out on time w my newborn) I wasn't losing any more weight. I was really depressed and was scared I was doomed to look like this the rest of my life. Then I found body rock from a pin on Pinterest. I have been hooked ever since. I started body rocking last October, and this on the left was what I looked like. The right side is where I'm at now. I'm smaller than I was before having any kids, but I weigh a tad more. It's amazing what a little muscle will do. I have a bit to go before I am as toned as I'd like to be, but I want to thank all of you behind this program for starting it and for inspiring others to live a healthy lifestyle. I never knew before what it really was to eat healthy, how important water is, or how much better you feel after getting into a training routine. I'm so much happier, and I feel comfortable in my own skin again. I'm truly amazed at the change you have helped me go through. Thank you so much. Please keep the awesome workouts coming!
